Maison Manou is the story of two friends, Aude and Maëlle, who wanted to create on the French Riviera a place that reflects them: generous, joyful, sincere. A house where people come as much for a coffee facing the sea as to share a cocotte of the famous Manou chicken with family, as much for a quick lunch as for a brunch that stretches until sunset.
Bistronomic on the plate, Mediterranean in spirit, the place cultivates that extra soul that makes all the difference: fresh products, precise cooking, homemade recipes — and this terrace open to the horizon that turns every meal into a Côte d'Azur interlude.
CUISINE
In the kitchen as well as in the dining room, our teams take great pride in bringing a lively cuisine to life, halfway between revisited bistro classics and the adventurous flavors that are the house's signature. Tartares prepared to order, 100% pure beef burgers ground on site, poke bowls with crunchy vegetables, Fish & Chips with a secret batter, braised lamb shank, seared scallops on creamy risotto… Not to forget the famous Manou chicken, slow-cooked chicken supreme with tarragon served in a casserole to share — or not.
Everything is homemade, from sauces to desserts, with a simple requirement: that each plate has meaning, flavor, and a bit of sunshine in it.
SIGNATURE BRUNCH
Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Maison Manou becomes an unmissable weekend spot on the Côte d'Azur. Brunch at €38 per person, €15 for children under 10: a savory dish of your choice, a sweet treat, a hot drink, and an all-you-can-drink buffet of cold beverages — all with a sea view. The Sublime Lost Brioche, the house's family recipe, alone is worth the visit.
TIME FOR APERO
Continuous service from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, and aperitifs until 9 p.m. on Sunday. Homemade tapas to share, signature cocktails, mocktails, wines from Provence, draft beers, and the B06 bottle brewed just next door in Antibes: Maison Manou is also the place to extend the day, a Spritz in hand and the sea in view.
