TOGETHER

ROXY is proud to announce the opening of Together, a new restaurant, the result of a wonderful story of women supporting women, launching this fall at the heart of the Boardriders group’s new flagship store in Nice.

THREE CHEFS, ONE MENTOR
At the heart of this project, three young women.
Sara, Paulina and Estefania met while studying at the Basque Culinary Center, one of the most acclaimed culinary institutions in the world.

When ROXY reached out to the Basque Culinary Center with a vision for its upcoming restaurant in Nice, these three talents were brought to the forefront by their institution. The challenge: design, create and shape TOGETHER, a culinary destination with authenticity at heart.

But with its never-ending efforts to help empower women around the world, ROXY brought another layer to the project: while bringing the project to life, the three young chefs would be mentored by a woman who has made strides in the culinary arts : Dominique Crenn was the first female chef in the USA to gain 3 Michelin stars for her San Francisco based restaurant, Atelier Crenn

AN ODE TO AUTHENTICITY

Together, the four women worked at a menu that would stay faithful to their core values: seasonal and local ingredients only, healthy yet gourmet recipes and above all an underlying fight for sustainability.

To create the menu, the three young chefs built on their love of Latin American street food (Estefania is from Nicaragua and Paulina from Ecuador). Guests can expect homemade food including fish tacos, a new twist on avocado toast, colorful deserts and a special treat: a dish co-created with Chef Dominique Crenn herself, in San Francisco.
